A Quarter Century traces a loose narrative between a group of characters originally imagined to be 25, but performed entirely by a cast over the age of 65.

A hybrid of conceptual performance and drama, A Quarter Century is not about method acting or remembering. The piece asks older actors to perform the feelings, scenarios and actions of people in their twenties, rooted in their own bodies and present realities so that we can wonder what changes within us over time. How do we grapple with loss? How do we face a future that scares us? Do we continue to have fantasies about strangers in the subway? How many times can we redefine ourselves?
